Last updated: 9 July 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n This Cancellation Policy explains your rights to cancel an order or a Wild Box subscription placed through https:\/\/www.mhuka.africa\/za<\/a>, operated by MHUKA NUTRITION (Pty) Ltd<\/strong> (registration number 2025\/915080\/07), trading as “Mhuka” (“we”, “us”, “our”).<\/p>\n This Policy works alongside our Terms of Use and does not limit any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”). Where a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, see the Returns, Replacements and Refunds section of our Terms of Use rather than this Policy.<\/p>\n You can cancel a one-time order at no cost at any time before we’ve dispatched it. To cancel, email us at hello@mhuka.co.za<\/a> with your order number as soon as possible. If we haven’t yet handed your order to our courier, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full to your original payment method.<\/p>\n Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you’re not happy with what arrives, see Section 8 (Returns, Replacements and Refunds) of our Terms of Use.<\/p>\n You can cancel your Wild Box subscription (Savanna or Highveld tier) at any time, either through your account on the Site or by emailing hello@mhuka.co.za<\/a>.<\/p>\n Section 16 of the CPA gives you the right to cancel an agreement, without penalty and with a full refund, within 5 business days if you entered into it as a result of direct marketing, meaning an unsolicited approach or communication that you didn’t initiate (for example, a cold call or an unsolicited promotional message inviting you to buy).<\/p>\n This cooling-off right does not apply if you initiated the purchase yourself, for example by visiting our Site on your own accord and choosing to place an order.<\/p>\n If you believe your order qualifies for this cooling-off right, email us at hello@mhuka.co.za<\/a> within 5 business days of placing your order, and we’ll process a full refund and, where possible, arrange collection of any goods already delivered to you.<\/p>\n Approved refunds under this Policy are paid back to the original payment method used at checkout, processed through our payment gateway, PayFast.
