For Livestock
Mhuka Feeds is our long-term livestock range for the animals that keep farms and families going. We’re still in development, but we’re already working with farmers and partners to get it right.
Our goal is simple: design feed that makes sense for African farms – not
just on paper, but in real conditions.
Formulas that consider local ingredients, climate, grazing conditions and what farmers can reliably access and afford.
Feed that supports growth, production and health, while staying realistic on cost, supply, and how people actually feed.
We know not every farm can overhaul everything overnight. We’re aiming for feeds that move performance in the right direction without being out of reach.

We’re developing the Mhuka Feeds range around some of the key animals
that keep African farms running
Feeds focused on broilers and layers, built around growth, feed conversion and flock health in small to medium-scale operations. From smallholder setups to more formal houses, we’re looking at what works across that spectrum.
Rations designed to support milk yield, body condition and long-term cow health. We’re interested in solutions that work for both smallholder dairy farmers and growing herds, with realistic access to forage and supplements.
Feed concepts that take growth, gut health and consistency seriously. We’re exploring options for both smaller farrow-to-finish setups and farmers selling into local markets.
Options for beef and multipurpose cattle that work alongside local grazing, veld conditions and seasonal changes. We’re interested in feeds and supplements that fit into real grazing and finishing systems.
Goats and sheep are an important part of many mixed farming systems. As Mhuka Feeds grows, we plan to explore targeted solutions for small stock too.

We're designing this range with two main groups in mind.
