Each Highveld Wild Box contains three substantial, single-ingredient chews selected for bigger dogs and more determined chewers.
The selection changes every month according to the featured African landscape. Expect a varied combination of natural bones, tendons and other firm, slow-chew favourites.
This month: The Kalahari
This month’s box is inspired by the Kalahari and features locally sourced ostrich:
- Ostrich Shin Bone
- Ostrich Neck Chews
- Ostrich Achilles Drumstick
Box contents may change according to natural product availability.
Every chew is made from one animal ingredient. The featured protein and cuts change with each monthly edition.
This month’s Kalahari box contains air-dried ostrich chews.
No fillers, artificial colours or artificial flavourants.
Because Wild Box contents change monthly, please refer to the packaging supplied with each chew for its exact ingredient declaration.
Wild Box contains natural animal chews rather than a complete or balanced meal. Nutritional values vary according to the protein and cut included in each month’s selection.

Treats and chews should be given as part of a balanced diet and should not replace your dog’s regular food.
Highveld is intended for adult dogs that are experienced, enthusiastic chewers. It is particularly suited to medium and large dogs, although chewing strength and experience matter more than breed size alone.
Give one chew at a time as an occasional treat or enrichment activity.
Always:
- Supervise your dog while chewing
- Choose a chew appropriate for your dog’s size and chewing strength
- Provide fresh drinking water
- Remove pieces that become small enough to swallow
- Discard chews that develop sharp edges or begin to splinter
- Introduce rich, natural chews gradually if they are new to your dog
Highveld may not be suitable for puppies, senior dogs with dental concerns or gentle chewers. Consider the Savanna Wild Box for a lighter selection.
Highveld is a monthly Wild Box subscription.
Boxes are dispatched from the 15th of each month. Subscribe before the 10th to receive the current month’s edition. Subscriptions placed after the 10th begin with the following month’s box.
Delivery is available throughout South Africa. Shipping is calculated at checkout using your delivery address.
You can skip a month, pause your subscription or cancel through your account at any time.
Store the chews in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Keep the products in their original packaging or transfer them to a clean, airtight container after opening. Always check each chew before giving it to your dog and discard it if it shows signs of spoilage.
